Hi Nick,
awesome work. Patches working if I follow test plan. 
But sometimes I can't make match with local authority and link if:
- $x (650) or 
- $v 

is filled in biblio record. 

If I'll clear $v and try to autolink, link wil be created without problem. Is
it correct behaviour?
