Sorry, I'm not 100% understanding. Are you suggesting that I drop the flag in
the call to CloseBasket from Koha/EDI.pm (and consequently also remove it from
the CloseBasket definition). And, instead, cause EDI::process_quote to update
the action_log entry that was created in CloseBasket?
