Bug 25261: (QA follow-up) Restore previously returned list

Test plan
0 - Enable ShowAllCheckins
1 - Check in several regular items
2 - Check in an item with parts
3 - Confirm the checkin in
4 - The list of checkins contains all the previous checkins and the
  multi-part checkin too.
