First run following commands:

> $ koha-mysql kohadev < installer/data/mysql/kohastructure.sql
> $ ./translate install pl-PL

Then open the installer and select pl-PL as the language, then after few pages
the error happens after clicking OK in the MARC21/UNIMARC selection page:
