Was this temporary bustage while someone was trying to make it better?

On 20.11, I see the classic behavior, where you open a search popup, from that
open an authority editor popup, from that open a z39.50 search, import your
record, save your record, you are shown the details view of the record you just
saved, close that popup, go back to the search popup and do a search that will
find your new authority record, select it, it's inserted in the bib record.

On master, when I save the imported authority record, the authority editor
popup closes, the search popup closes, and the new authority is inserted in the
bib record.
