create feature + configuration similar to "AdditionalFieldsInZ3950ResultSearch"
for Authorities 
"AdditionalFieldsInZ3950AuthResultSearch" 

as far as I see 

sub _add_custom_field_rowdata 

from package C4::Breeding;

could be reused if the the code is reflowed a little bit
