It would be helpful to have the option to select an item in the staff client,
and add it to multiple lists at one time.  For instance, find an item, select
add to list, and then have checkboxes corresponding to the lists the user has
access to, where they can choose multiple checkboxes and add that item to
multiple lists at once.
