If possible, let's require older versions of both
libmojolicious-plugin-openapi-perl and libjson-validator-perl. 

I suppose it'll depend on what version of Mojolicious is in Bullseye, although
I feel like Mojolicious tends to be backwards compatible, so you should be able
to use older plugins on newer frameworks... but I'm not looking at this today.
