Bug 27652: (follow-up) Correct typo in database update

This patch adds a missing "SET" in the database update. Before:

   UPDATE systempreferences
   value=REPLACE(value, '|', ',')

Corrected:

   UPDATE systempreferences
   SET value=REPLACE(value, '|', ',')
