Hi there,
We check the email settings and it's fine. 
We modified the OpacHiddenItems system preference and now the error persists
but Koha sends the list by email correctly.
La preferencia quedo así:
itype: [AUDIOVISUA, COMPUTADOR, COMPUTEC, EQUIPOSBIB, INTERBIB, NOVEDAD,       
MATDIDACT,MATELECTR]
itemtypes: [NOVEDAD]
