Hi Primo

Before you switched this bug to in discussion, it was set to signed off. I have
switched it back to signed off. 

This means the patches attached to this bug have been tested by a member of the
community who has said they work. 
The code is not in Koha yet. 

The process is needs sign-off -> signed off-> passed qa -> pushed

(assuming no issues are found with it) 

In discussion means it is stalled and people have issues with the patches or
the feature itself. So we don't want it in that status. 

Signed off means it's waiting on a QA team member to test.
