OK, I'm pretty familiar with the code around this in MARC21 and it looks like a
reasonably good representation for UNIMARC here.. I did some testing to the
extent I understand UNIMARC and it all works well..

I'll request Victor to take a look from a QA standpoint, hopefully he'll spot
any UNIMARC issues I may not and can get it over the finish line.
