When adding a new cash register, the focus is not on the first input field
requiring an additional click.

To test:
- Turn on the UseCashRegisters system preference
- Go to administration > cash registers
- Click on 'new cash register'
- Verify you can't type into the 'Name' input field without clicking into it
first
