Bug 26326: Add Koha Objects for Import Records and Import Record Matches

To test:
1 - Apply patches
2 - Update database
3 - Generate schema files (dbic)
4 - prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha/Import/Records.t
5 - prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha/Import/Record/Matches.t
