Just a question :
The patch changes some unrelated text in
installer/data/mysql/mandatory/sysprefs.sql :
-('AnonymousPatron','0',NULL,'Set the identifier (borrowernumber) of the
anonymous patron. Used for suggestion and checkout history privacy',''),
+('AnonymousPatron','0',NULL,'Set the identifier (borrowernumber) of the
anonymous patron. Used for Suggestion and reading history privacy',''),

Looks like is it unwanted.
