Two more things (sorry!)

1. Shouldn't we show/hide the "link auth automatically" button depending on
AutoCreateAuthorities and BiblioAddsAuthorities?
2. 
Add a new bib:
600$a=xxx, click link, create the authority, save
Edit the bib
600$a$9 are correct, but then edit $a with yyy, click link
=> Automatic authority link results:
    No authority link was changed.

That seems wrong.
