find all of the places in the code that refer to the 'AnonSuggestions' system
preference and rename them to 'OPACAnonymousSuggestions'
write an atomic update to rename the AnonSuggestions system preference to
OPACAnonymousSuggestions in the preferences table in the database
rename the AnonSuggestions syspref in sysprefs.sql
