It would be helpful to have a section on the Acquisitions home page
(admin-home.pl) and the Budgets home page (aqbudgetperiods.pl) where libraries
could include html for local information and links. It could display under the
Administration section on the left side of the page.

Uses could include communicating ordering deadlines, budget changes/reductions,
links to reports on acquisitions and collection development, etc.
