It's been signed off. If I recall correctly, it needs to go through Quality
Assurance before it can be finalized.

But I'm here to make noise on this too - we have implemented Auto-renewals, but
in a weird way so that we can get around this bug. We would still very much
like to see this make it's way into Koha.
