In addition to a batch feature, if the Holds per record column in the
circulation rules has Unlimited or any value over 1 entered, it would be great
if the radio buttons under the requestspecific table on request.pl could be
changed to checkboxes and would allow the patron to select up to the number set
in the circulation rules.
