Interesting, I wasn't aware there was an accessibility guideline around this
too.. that adds weight to this bug even more, thanks for drawing attention to
it.

I'm going to add an item to the next development meeting to get a guideline
drawn up so we can start working on this without risking new cases being
introduced :)
