I love this feature!  While testing, I did find something that I think would
need to change to make this work more efficiently- currently when a library is
using their 'Holds Awaiting Pickup' report, there are two tabs.  Current Holds
and Holds that are Watinging over X number of days.  This X is pulled from the
system preference, ReservesMaxPickUpDelay.  However, now that Koha is giving
the ability to have different pickup delays, could we change the tab to say "
Holds Past Expiration Date"?  I also would love to see the expiration date to
this report - however, I can file a separate bug for this if this is out of the
scope.  

In addition, this should be documented that the Pickup Location is what is
driving the rule- so where the patron chooses to pick the hold up is what rule
this will follow. 

Finally, I am not sure about the itiva cron- I also saw the same issue as Emmi
did while running this.
