100% agree!  It's possible that management is going to request a report that
requires us to look back at important data that it more than 180 days old. 
It's impossible to predict what information you'll need to access & when. 
Recently ran into this issue looking at holds placed/filled/etc. in July 2020. 
The report is empty because the data's been scrubbed by the cron.  

I second Andrew's request for granularity.
