Except that we already do it with libhttp-oai-perl. 

At https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=26893#c18 you
mention the issue becomes libmojolicious-plugin-openapi-perl has dependency
issues, but then we can just control that one too and provide our own package,
which makes sense since we're already mucking with Mojolicious versions.
