I don't think we should be relying on users to set an <h1>, and it's important
as this is the home page that a top level heading indicating this is here.

As noted in comments above, we can use the class .sr-only to hide the heading
instead of display:none.

I agree that it should be hidden, which is why we wrote a patch to do so.
