We'd like to have Claims Returned (CR) be a separate category.  An item can be
both checked out, Overdue, or Lost (i.e.: Lost, Long Overdue (Lost)) and CR at
the same time; however, they are currently sharing the "Lost Status" field.  We
view the claim as separate from an item's status.
