Selecting holding record in
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/neworderempty.pl?booksellerid=1&basketno=1&biblionumber=248
page doesn't work. The dropdown menu for "k - Holdings record" is empty. It
should be populated with the holdings records in the biblio record we are doing
the order for.
