We don't (and don't want to) collect gender information, but would love to have
an optional field for pronoun preferences!  Most useful for us would be a free
text field so that the most options could be included, including multiple
pronoun preferences (e.g., "it or xe, not they")  We wouldn't be using the
pronoun field for any notice generation, but it would be handy for providing
better in-person, phone, etc. service for patrons who want us to know and use
their preferred pronouns.
