On the Circulation > Overdues page, it could be great to have a new option
(checkbox ?) to not display the on-site checkouts.
That way, we could easily have an idea of the "regular" checkouts due for a
selected day.
This option should not be displayed if the syspref "OnSiteCheckouts" is
disabled.
