@David and Barbara I think the problem you are seeing is another bug, not
related to this patch. Could you check you see the same error when opening the
report from the circulation start page please and make a report if you do?

@Owen I've taken a look and have a suggestion to change up the logic a bit to
avoid repeating the link. Could you have a look if you like it?
