On the OPAC results page when OverDrive is configured a string like 'Found x
results in the library's OverDrive collection' is added to the page.

Many librarians like to have this string customized. It would be handy if there
was a system preference that allowed control over the text within that string.

Customizing this with jQuery is rather difficult since that element isn't added
to the page until after the DOM has loaded, at which time the text is inserted
via JS.
