Bug 28061: Add timestamp to date column in cash_register_stats.tt

To test:
-Have some configuared cash registers.
-Do some transactions
-Go to the reports module > Statistic wizards > Cash register
-Generate the table and look at the 'Transaction date' column, no timestamp
-Apply patch and look again
-You should see the timestamp
