    RFID direct tagging v1.1
    
    Add RFIDEnabled syspref.
        Only exposes RFID links if RFIDEnabled preference is set.
        Add bulk tag-writer to Tools.
        Add RFID tag action links to circulation and cataloguing screens.
    
        Currently supports TRF7960 RFID Reader devices which listen for
          SSL connections on port 9443 of staff terminals.
        Module and listener will be available for download from www.software.coop
          until we get them into CPAN or similar good homes.
