    Bug 5460: AutoEmailPrimaryAddress set to invalid value in sysprefs.sql
    
    Fixes de-DE, en, fr-FR, pl-PL, ru-RU and uk-UA default install values for this system preference (changing from '0'
    to 'OFF', the preferred value).
