Moving branches.branchecode from varchar(4) to varchar(10).
Moving itemtypes.itemtype from varchar(4) to varchar(10).
Moving categories.categoryode from varchar(2) to varchar(10)
sorting modified 's tables.
Fix: key=>'PRIMARY KEY' to key => 'PRI'.
