This is for 1.2.2RC3.

Submitting an order from the "Order Details" page does not add anything to
the basket. It just goes to the basket list. 

That is, starting from newbiblio.pl?title=guff etc it goes to newbasket.pl
with nothing in the basket

Possibly related, no bookfunds show in the order form, although I do have
one.
