The installer should set up the correct directories, namely the KohaDir,   
KohaModuleDir, and LogDir, in the z3950-daemon-shell.sh and the   
z3950-daemon-launch.sh based on what was specified at install time. The LogDir  
variable needs to come from the user's apache configuration file.
