Oh, it is

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at
/usr/local/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/acqui.simple/marcimport.pl line 823,
<fh00001EXPORT\.TXT> line 1.

I guess it's a MySQL config problem, but Koha should still catch the error
condition and produce some feedback, I think...
