	Almost: I would say that 'safe-installer' is known *not* to work.
You can run it if you like (it should give you warning before corrupting
your database and setting your socks on fire), but it is certainly not a
full replacement for the existing installer, yet.
	Also, let me apologize for doing so little work on it in the
recent past, but I've got some big stuff going on in Real Life (tm).
Hopefully I'll be able to return to this in a few weeks. Maybe I can
present a better installer as a Christmas present :-)
