[Koha-devel] Problems with 1.3.0

"grep MARC installer.pl" gives only:
UPDATING DATABASE (MARC TABLES)

Installing MARC::Record now...

It looks like MARC::Record depends upon Test::More...

Which depends upon Test::Harness...

And clicking on Acquisitions now works!

So it looks like the MARC::Record check needs to be added to
installer.pl.
