First I clicked on the image (add thesaurus entry) to go the add page - entered 
data - I don't see it output anywhere - the values it asks for are the same 
Category
Authorised value
Lib as in the authorised values section.

Then I clicked on the link that said new category and again I was asked to 
enter the same values - again I don't see them output anywhere.

There is an empty drop down list - it does not say what it is for.
