While you can enter a budget before a book fund (and since budget is ahead of 
book fund on the list you would think to do that) - what happens is that your 
output shows up as Book Fund and then blank parenthesis () where the name of 
the book fund would have gone if you had added that first.
The only way to correct this is to delete and start over.  Or perhaps not allow 
budget entry without a book fund name entered in book fund.
