HLT BUG - DON'T KNOW IF IN 1.9X

The inability to have more than one person placing orders at the
same time is frustrating and causes heaps of stress , work flow
problems, and problems in acquisitions. If we do have simaltaneous
orders being placed they get completely mucked up ie crossed book
funds, multiple orders being placed, wrong suppliers ie the supplier the
other person being worked with. Also mucks up our budgets ie wrong
bookfunds, multiple deductions for the same title. Applies to placing
orders, receiving donations, adding talking book loans from National
Library.
