A book was out on loan.  Several members requested it.  The book was returned.
The 2nd member to request that book attempted to check it out. I got the 
following:

Issuing Question  
Attempting to issue A Ride For Martha by Alderson, Ann to Bill Baker. 
Reserved for Alice Adams (V1000002X) since 2003-04-08 Allow issue? 

I chose No.  At which point I got the Error Issuing book - 1 message plus the 
following:
Attempting to issue A Ride For Martha by Alderson, Ann to Bill Baker. 
Set reserve for Alice Adams (V1000002X) to waiting and transfer to Eastside? 

I chose Yes (which was what should have happened). And I was sent back to the 
first message and ended up in a loop.
