[Koha-devel] [Bug 65] INSTALL document should mention enabling simple acquisitions

Got it--  Full documentation will include all that handy stuff, promise!
Also saw the question about when the INSTALL doc gets added to release
tarball....

The (usual) answer to that is whenever the release maintainer (in this case
Paul) sees fit.  We don't exactly have a set time or trigger for it.  Same
goes for the inclusion of the full documentation, I'm afraid. : )
