Ahh thats not overiding the queue. 
 
Next available applies to the itemtype. IE if the person doesnt care what type they get. 
They just want the next available copy they choose this. 
If on the other hand the want say the Large Print copy only, theyd choose that from the 
list below. 
 
The number at the left is the priority.
