I am pretty sure that the problem stems from the fact that the sample data
provided with the release does not contain the info to populat the
marc_subfield_table table.  That is, the records are not inserted using the
functions provided by C4/Biblio.pm which would populate both the "old database"
along with the marc database.  Thus, when you go to MARCdetail.pl it tries to
select a row that does not exist.
