It says:
“To start an acquisition, whether an order, local purchase or donation first 
search on the supplier, you will be asked to check their details, and enter 
your name which will set up a "shopping basket" for you. (Why is this you might 
ask... well because we want to know that it's really you ordering things - not 
just your computer).”

No one  asked me to check any details – I  could go straight to order  without 
checking anything.
I did not have to enter my name.
It says authorized by member #4  but how do you know who member number 4 is? 
Yes my member record identifies me as number 4 but to find out who actually is 
member #4 someone would either have to search, individually the records of 
every librarian because there is no search via member number (not library card 
number) or type up a list OUTSIDE of Koha with all the librarians and their 
member numbers.

Also there is a typo - it says:
To close off a shopping basket click on "view shopping baskets" or search 
above, and the click on "confirm basket".
