[Koha-devel] KohaAdminEmailAddress system preference is not set?

Recently this copy was added to the OPAC

"Please, change what's needed. Note that a mail will be sent to the library, 
that will validate changes.
So, the changes you will do won't appear immediatly."

(Yes - I just noticed the mis-spelling - I'm gonna do a bug report.)

You are right - it would be nice after the patron submits the update form to 
get a response form saying - Your changes have been sent, etc.
