If you look at sample member Steve Tonnesen you see:
Ethnicity: , M

Sex: 2

Phone: 0000-00-00

Ethnicity has been removed, Sex now is M or F, phone is a text field so it will 
output whatever the phone number style you input.

Same for John Smith and Jane Doe.
